Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Weather Policy
Our tours operate rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear. In the event of extreme or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
• No refunds are given for late arrivals or no-shows.

3. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Payment
All tours must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are processed securely through our booking system.

5. Booking Confirmation
After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket. Please ensure you provide a valid email address. Each attendee must bring proof of booking (digital or printed).

6. Liability & Responsibility
By booking, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the tour. Please follow all instructions from your guide for safety.

7. Children & Minors
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Age restrictions may apply depending on the tour type.

8. Tour Changes
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, substitute guides, or modify the tour experience due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Photography & Media
We may take photos during the tour for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included.
